Close enough to hear God Breathe is written by Greg Paul a minister in Canada who works with the homeless,alcholics, gays,prostitutes and drug abusers through The Sanctuary.
He tells of his family and others around him and relates that God loves us like we love our families. He uses scriptures such as the prodigal Son and lost sheep to make his point.
I agree that we do and should want to hear from God as to what He wants in our lives. I agree that God loves us all but feel His love is much greater than the love we have for each other. I found the book hard to get into and cannot say I enjoyed it.
